    • Portland

    • Salt Lake City

  • Mature, supply-constrained suburban areas preferred

  • 1970s construction or newer, preferably 1980s, 1990s & early 2000s

  • Conventional market-rate housing

  • Low-rise, garden-style construction preferred

  • Minimum $2mm in Gross Revenues per year, at stabilization; over $3mm preferred

  • Minimum 100 units; over 200 preferred
